You retain ownership of the pet photos you upload. By submitting them, you grant us the right to process them with our AI tools and store them for your access.

3. Paid Features

Some features require in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's policies.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Upload offensive or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the app
• Use the app to infringe on others' rights

5. Disclaimer

We provide the app "as is." We don't guarantee perfect accuracy or uptime. AI-generated content is for entertainment purposes.

6. Termination

We may suspend your access if you violate these terms.
